Previously used as a leather tannery, this historic building had fallen in disrepair from abandonment. This project proposes a solution to renovate and rejuvenate not only the interior but the exterior as well, using many of the existing materials, such as the tin plated ceiling tiles. The exterior is designed according to the Main Street downtown program specifications and includes a serenity garden in the rear of the building.
