Modifying a drawing of Viollet - Le - Duc, I modeled a construction detail in Maya and then transformed it into a bridge. I then animated it to show the connections between stylistic imitation and structural technological considerations. I highlighted this connection through the use of realistic materials and the offbeat proportions of the massing.  [Modeled and rendered in Maya]
